Privacy Policy

LeanMaster Video Publisher and Google/YouTube user data
LeanMaster Video Publisher is a separate, private, owner-operated Windows desktop utility that uses Google authorization and the YouTube Data API Services only to upload and schedule owner-selected videos to the owner's authenticated channel. Its Google and YouTube data access, use, local storage, sharing, retention, deletion, and security practices are described in the LeanMaster Video Publisher Privacy Policy.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to LeanMaster accounts, subscriptions, usage controls, generation processing, and related website functions. It is provided by Marvin M Digital Products for the LeanMaster Integrated Note Engine and is effective July 21, 2026.
Information Collected
We process account name, email address, authentication records, user identifier, account type and role, selected package, subscription status, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing interval, subscription dates, cancellation status, generation timestamps, package level, output or documentation type, usage counts, token-usage totals where recorded, fallback-generation status, and basic technical, security, and error information reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service. LeanMaster does not store generated clinical notes in Supabase.
Payment Information
Payment-card entry and processing occur through Stripe. LeanMaster does not store full payment-card numbers in its own application database. Stripe is an independent service provider.
PHI and De-Identified Processing
The browser-side workflow blocks normal generation when suspected PHI is present and requires correction of flagged content. The server performs an additional screen before OpenAI processing and rejects suspected PHI before AI generation. Screened, de-identified information is submitted to OpenAI to produce the requested draft. Users may not intentionally bypass, disable, evade, or manipulate screening safeguards.
Generated Notes and Exports
LeanMaster is not intended as a permanent repository for generated notes. Users are responsible for downloading, reviewing, correcting, securing, and placing final documents in their organization-approved system. A generated DOCX download may be held temporarily in user-restricted server memory for approximately 30 minutes for an authorized download, then expires; this is not permanent chart storage.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for account creation and authentication, subscription activation, billing management, generation-limit enforcement, service delivery, note generation, fraud and misuse prevention, troubleshooting, security, customer support, and legal compliance.
Service Providers and Sharing
We use Supabase for account and related records, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI for screened generation processing. We do not sell personal account data to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to providers as needed to operate LeanMaster, process payments, authenticate users, host the service, generate screened content, enforce policies, protect security, or comply with law. We do not make claims about providers' internal retention practices.
Retention and Requests
Account, subscription, billing metadata, webhook-event records, and usage records may be retained as needed to operate subscriptions, enforce limits, handle billing, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy legitimate legal or business obligations. Submit account access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests through the Contact LeanMaster form at /contact. Some billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may need to be retained.
Security
LeanMaster uses reasonable safeguards, including authenticated accounts, server-side authorization, row-level access controls where applicable, user-scoped records, PHI screening and server-side rechecking, and secure third-party checkout. No system is completely secure.
