Acceptable Use Policy

Effective July 21, 2026. LeanMaster must be used responsibly and only for authorized, de-identified documentation support.

Prohibited Use

  • Entering or uploading PHI or direct client identifiers.
  • Bypassing the PHI hard stop, including altering names, spacing, spelling, punctuation, formatting, or identifiers to evade detection.
  • Directly calling or manipulating application endpoints to avoid browser safeguards.
  • Circumventing the 75-generation or 150-generation monthly usage limits.
  • Automated bulk generation, bots, scripts, scraping, or abusive traffic without written permission.
  • Sharing individual-account credentials or reselling, transferring, sublicensing, or providing shared facility access through an individual subscription.
  • Copying, extracting, reverse engineering, or recreating proprietary LeanMaster prompts, workflow logic, templates, modules, interfaces, resource logic, or source code.
  • Using LeanMaster for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, or malicious activity.
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, probing security, or interfering with the service.
  • Presenting unreviewed AI output as a completed, approved, or independently verified professional record.
  • Using LeanMaster to make automatic adverse decisions concerning treatment, benefits, housing, eligibility, medical necessity, coverage, or service approval without authorized professional review.
  • Misrepresenting LeanMaster as an EMR, billing platform, government program, payer, legal service, medical provider, or eligibility authority.

Enforcement

Violations may result in blocked requests, suspension, termination, preservation of relevant security records, or other appropriate action. Submit questions through the Contact LeanMaster form at /contact.
