LeanMaster Video Publisher Privacy Policy

1. Application scope

This policy applies specifically to LeanMaster Video Publisher, a private, owner-operated Windows desktop utility. The utility is used only by the owner of LeanMaster to publish original LeanMaster videos to the owner's own authenticated YouTube channel. It is not available to customers, third parties, or the general public.

2. Google and YouTube data accessed

The authenticated YouTube channel name and channel ID.
The authorization needed to upload and manage videos selected by the owner.
Video metadata supplied by the owner, including title, description, category, privacy status, and scheduled publication time.
Upload results returned by YouTube, such as the video ID and processing status.

3. How the information is used

Verify that the owner selected the correct YouTube channel.
Upload and schedule videos selected by the owner.
Prevent duplicate uploads.
Provide upload reports and links to the uploaded videos in YouTube Studio.

LeanMaster Video Publisher does not use Google or YouTube data for advertising, engagement automation, or profiling.

4. Data storage

OAuth authorization credentials and tokens are stored locally on the owner's Windows computer. They are not placed in public webpages, reports, GitHub, shared repositories, or public deployments. The application does not maintain a public database of Google user data.

5. Data sharing

Google and YouTube user data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data is transmitted to Google only as necessary to use the YouTube Data API Services for the owner-directed publishing actions described in this policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored authorization tokens remain on the owner's computer until the owner deletes them or revokes access.

The owner can revoke the utility's access through the Google Account third-party connections settings. Revoking access prevents the utility from continuing to use the saved Google authorization.

Deleting the local token file removes the utility's saved authorization from the computer. To also revoke the authorization at Google, the owner uses the Google Account settings linked above. These actions do not delete videos that were already uploaded to YouTube.

7. Security

Credentials are excluded from source control and public deployment. The utility performs a dry run and requires owner confirmation before uploading. No client secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, or authorization codes are displayed on these public pages.
