Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the LeanMaster Integrated Note Engine, a product of Marvin M Digital Products. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using LeanMaster, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy, each effective July 21, 2026.
LeanMaster Video Publisher
These Terms also apply to LeanMaster Video Publisher, a private, owner-operated utility within the LeanMaster platform. LeanMaster Video Publisher is used solely by the owner to upload and schedule owner-authorized LeanMaster video content to the owner’s authenticated YouTube channel. It is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available as a public customer product.
Individual Subscription License
Core Documentation and Professional Support Suite are individual-user subscriptions licensed to one named account holder. You may not share credentials, permit multiple staff members to use one individual account, transfer, sublicense, resell, or operate an individual subscription as facility-wide access. Facility, organization, or multi-user use requires a separate written agreement when offered.
Draft Documentation Support Only
LeanMaster produces draft documentation-support content only. Every output must be reviewed, corrected, approved, and finalized by an appropriately qualified professional before use in an official chart, record, care plan, assessment, submission, or other professional document.
Professional Responsibility
You remain responsible for professional judgment, accuracy, completeness, scope of practice, supervision, signatures, documentation requirements, agency policies, payer rules, state and federal requirements, and final placement in the authorized record system.
Not an EMR or Record Repository
LeanMaster is not an electronic medical record system and does not replace an organization's approved charting, record-retention, signature, supervisory-review, or document-security system.
No Medical, Legal, Eligibility, Billing, or Approval Decisions
LeanMaster does not diagnose, prescribe, make independent treatment decisions, provide legal advice, determine Medicaid or benefit eligibility, approve services, determine medical necessity, submit claims, assign final billing codes, guarantee authorization or reimbursement, or replace payer, county, provider, or facility review.
De-Identified Use and PHI Screening
LeanMaster is designed and licensed for de-identified information only. Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI), including names, dates of birth, street addresses, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, Social Security numbers, Medicaid numbers, insurance-member identifiers, medical-record numbers, exact identifying dates, full-face photographs, or other information that identifies or reasonably could identify a client or member. The normal interface screens entered information in the browser before generation, blocks suspected PHI, identifies and highlights areas requiring correction, and requires revision. The secure generation API performs a second screening and blocks suspected PHI before content is submitted to OpenAI. Only content that clears screening may proceed. LeanMaster does not permit or intentionally submit identified client information to the AI provider. Automated safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee detection of every identifier, indirect identifier, misspelling, unusual format, or identifying combination of facts. You remain responsible for de-identification. LeanMaster is not marketed as a PHI-capable EMR or general PHI-storage system, does not claim HIPAA compliance, and an individual subscription does not include a Business Associate Agreement.
Intellectual Property
LeanMaster workflow structure, prompts, documentation logic, modules, templates, resource logic, interface structure, package structure, branding, proprietary presentation, and training materials remain the property of Marvin M Digital Products and Marvin Miles, LSW. You may use generated outputs for your own authorized professional documentation, but a subscription does not transfer ownership of LeanMaster software, prompts, source code, system design, or proprietary templates. Unauthorized copying, scraping, decompiling, reverse engineering, redistribution, resale, repackaging, sublicensing, or creation of competing derivative products is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
LeanMaster relies on Supabase for account, authentication, subscription-related, and usage-related records; Stripe for payment and subscription management; Vercel for hosting; and OpenAI for AI-assisted processing of screened, de-identified generation content. We do not guarantee third-party availability or uptime.
Availability, Suspension, and Termination
LeanMaster may be updated, corrected, maintained, secured, or temporarily interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, credential sharing, PHI submission, attempts to bypass PHI safeguards or generation limits, misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, unlawful activity, or material policy violations.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
LeanMaster is provided for professional documentation support as available. We do not guarantee clinical outcomes, eligibility, approval, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, Marvin M Digital Products is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by New Jersey law, subject to applicable law. Submit questions through the Contact LeanMaster form at /contact.
